We started Radix IT LLC because small businesses deserve the same caliber of IT support that big companies take for granted — without the enterprise price tag or the enterprise attitude.

Today we support a handful of small businesses across San Diego County and beyond. We keep our client list small on purpose: it’s how we stay responsive.

Engagements usually look like this:

• Discovery call. 30 minutes, no obligation. We listen, ask questions, and decide together whether we’re a fit.
• Assessment & proposal. If we move forward, we write up what we found and what we’d recommend — with a fixed price for projects and clear monthly pricing for managed services.
• Onboarding. We do the setup work, document everything, and make sure your team knows how to reach us.
• Ongoing support. Day-to-day helpdesk, proactive maintenance, and quarterly check-ins to make sure the plan is still right for you.
